Payment & order confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your booking. Please check this carefully and contact us within 24 hours if any information is incorrect.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

Who are the workshops suitable for?

Our sessions are perfect for beginners and hobby bakers aged 13+.

Is there parking available nearby?

Yes, there is free street parking outside the venue

What should I bring with me?

Nothing! Just yourselves, all equipment is provided including tools, the pre-baked cakes & buttercream

Will I get to take home what I make?

Of course! You can take your decorated cakes home and will be provided with a box to secure your cake in.

Allergens

All cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. While I take great care to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any product will be 100% allergen-free.

Please note: The 14 major allergens include: eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, wheat (gluten), lupin, sulphites, mustard, celery, fish, molluscs, and crustaceans.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable

Public workshops can be transferred to a later date if 5 days notice is provided. One transfer can be made per ticket.

All private workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable to a later date

Force Majeure policy

In the event that a workshop cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, Mina’s Cakery will not be held responsible for any resulting delays, changes, or cancellations.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, extreme weather, power outages, natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, government restrictions, venue closures, transport disruptions, or serious illness.

If such an event occurs, we will contact all affected participants as soon as possible and work together to find a suitable solution, such as rescheduling the workshop to a future date.

By booking a workshop with Mina’s Cakery, participants acknowledge and accept this policy.
